Wheezy the Penguin is a minor character of the Toy Story films, first appearing in Toy Story 2, and is mentioned in Toy Story 3. Wheezy also appears in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins. Wheezy is voiced by the late Joe Ranft, while Robert Goulet provides his singing voice.
